Joe has over 35 years of financial and investment experience. Prior to founding Boston Hill Advisors, Joseph was President of U.S. Trust Institutional, President of MFS Institutional Advisors, Chief Investment Officer of Partners HealthCare System (Affiliate of Harvard Medical School teaching hospitals), Deputy Treasurer at Partners HealthCare System, Chief Financial Officer at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Treasury Manager at Honeywell Information Systems.

A Chartered Financial Analyst, Joseph is a member of Boston Security Analysts Society and the Centerville Improvement Society. He is also head of Finance Committee at St. John’s the Evangelist Church in Beverly, MA, sponsor of the Lauren Helen Trainor NICU Research Fund at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, member of the Investment Committee of the Essex County Community Foundation, and board member of Beverly Bootstraps. Joseph has an MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science from Salem State College.
